Hi all,

welcome to this new incarnation, or rather, the successor of the Prosoniq forum. Why do we need a new one anyway? Well, there are three main reasons for this change:
(1) with this combined forum you get much more out of your free membership, because it offers a much greater width of topics than the old forum did (which, as forum provided by the manufacturer was about Prosoniq products only).
(2) aside from topics discussing Prosoniq products you have access to many interesting products and free downloads from other companies as well
(3) this is an independent forum. It is not controlled or maintained by the manufacturer and therefore not subject to their terms and conditions. This means that while we don't support people asking for cracks or serial numbers (or support illegal software) we can try to help if you need support or just want to share effects presets, useful hints, known problems & workarounds and the like.

However, we kindly ask you to understand that this forum is not part of Prosoniq's customer support and you don't have any kind of guarantee that your questions will be answered. The best way to get an answer is to describe your problem in detail (including platform and other relevant information) and in a polite manner. All the people participating in this forum are here because they like Prosoniq's products and have chosen to spend their free time reading and contributing to this forum. We do not guarantee that we can help you, but we can guarantee that we will at least try. If you need an answer to a specific problem we recommend you contact the Prosoniq tech support at http://products.prosoniq.com/cgi-bin/register?service=start_support which is the official support contact. Please note that aside from what was just said the SurroundSFX general terms of usage apply to this forum as well.
