Morph AU crossgrade from PC

Have purchased the Morph AU crossgrade but it wont accept my previous serial number.

I assume this is because most users have the Mac VST version as a previous version (have just ditched Windows woo hoo!).

What to do?

Have tried authorizing using 'Prosoniq Plug-In MiniHost.app' but same problem:

I enter my previous serial but it is not recognized - continue button remains disabled, and therefore i cannot continue.

Please help... please.

Write me an email and I'll see what I can do. it's "info" at "surroundsfx" dot "com" without the quotes etc.

You can only crossgrade from the Mac VST/RTAS version to the Mac AU version. You need a Mac serial number in the format OVO2-... or ROV2-... as a previous serial number in order to complete the crossgrade process.

If you have a Windows version 2.x that was purchased from any of our online partner stores you can get a free Mac serial number to authorize the crossgrade. Please contact Prosoniq support via their contact form, which is at http://support.prosoniq.com/cgi-bin/reg ... rt_contact
